Red Roof Inn Branson

Comfortable beds, clean linens and towels. Great location.

Floors could benefit from a mopping but overall the rest of the room was clean and tidy.

The walk in shower was different

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the painting was uneven the hallways carpet was dirty and smelled like dogs, dogs were barking ALL night. The walls/doors were THIN we were forced to wait for them to make our bed… it was 8pm when we was checking in it should’ve been done by then said the sheets were in the wash blah blah blah, they was dirty! There was hairs on the inner mattress cover and on the flat sheet. After we was forced to wait for our room, after we was able to go in we couldn’t even wind down because there was absolutely no towels! Had to wait 20 minutes for them and they claimed they just got out of the dryer which they did not they weren’t warm. The building is not up to code they couldn’t even install the fire alarm correct they had a bag wrapped around the alarm. Also last but not least the breakfast there was no food nor milk. Will NEVER come back or recommend this place. I deserve my money back because the stay was ridiculous. I will be contacting the fire department AND health department about the fire alarm and black mold(:

I have stayed at thie particular hotel more that a dozen times. I will always choose it because of these 2 reasons. 1) The staff is incredible. Brandy is the GM. I absolutely love her. She works what feels like 24/7. She is warm, takes her job seriously but is always kind and makes you feel at home. Donna is the night front desk clerk. She is so sweet, you can't help but love her. Tammy is the housekeeping manager. Her and her husband Tracy both work there. They are very ornery with each other which makes me laugh. She is definitely a mama bear who makes you feel like your hers. Dave is the hotels custodian, grounds keeper, handy man and so much more. He is a really good guy with a big heart and he works so hard all day long. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels all ove the country. I do not know the names of anyone who works at them. Thats what makes this hotel special and why I keep coming back. They are amazing people who care about you. My second reason is location. Its right off 76 so you dont get all the lights and noise, but its still so close to all the restaurants, attractions and shopping. Its not always perfect, but either is my house. Messes happen, things get overlooked but are easily fixable. You will not find a better hospitality staff anywhere. That to me makes them a 5 star hotel.

Brandy, the desk clerk was great. Everything was great except i saw 2 roaches in the bathroom.

My husb, and and I went to the Red Roof Inn in Branson. We checked in around 3:30 and rested in the room for about and hr. When we got up, I started itching on my shoulder. By the next morning, I had several bites on my neck, back, and leg. I'm not sure if they are bed bug bites or fleas, but I will not be returning to this motel and will not reccomend it to anyone else.
