Red Roof Inn Branson

We had two rooms and each were horrible. The roaches that we killed was despicable. The hotel manager was spraying for roaches in the hallway. The smoke detector was covered with plastic (against the law), there were no wash clothes in either room. The tv had pixels so bad that you couldn't watch it. The shower had a moldy floor and the door had not handle to get out. The bathroom door had a wooden dowel in it to use since the lock was tore up. The pillows were tiny, no filling, and one was so dirty that we didn't use pillows. The breakfast had only waffles, eggs, sausage, and english muffins. Nothing else. And I got there early. Rooms are cheap in Branson. Go to the Carriage House. It will feel like luxury. There is not one good thing that I can report.

Room needed a good mopping/cleaning upon arrival. Found used kleenex from previous Travellers between bed & night stand (I check things like that). Room needed a TOTAL refresh. There was no iron or blow dryer in the room, had to request them. Also only had 2, larger than hand towels (sad excuses for bath towels) so had to request extras for 2 adults to shower. We were booked in a 'superior' king room & let me just say, it was anything but. Room was very small, stand up shower slightly larger than a phone booth & we won't even talk about the roach we killed (we went immediately & purchased spray to cover the room along with air freshener because of the funky smell). I wanted to say it was a good place to stay (most Red Roof Inns are) but this one was lacking. The entry hall has a bad funky smell to it (maybe it's in the carpet)...The hotel could really be a decent inexpensive place to stay due to its location & friendliness of checkin staff, WITH A TOTAL REFRESH. But as it is, I don't recommend...sorry!

The staff treated me like family. I left knowing I would come back. I will never forget my time there. The hotel itself is older, so you'll see a few cracked floors, and maybe a few things need updated here and there, but it doesn't affect your stay. My room was clean and spacious, and I always felt safe. I can't review breakfast because I don't eat breakfast, but it did smell very good, and I never heard anyone complain. Free parking. Pets are free and welcome...I love that. I didn't have my dog with me but seeing other pups made it feel homey. The location is my second favorite part...staff is number 1. Its very close to 76 blvd but off just enough that its quiet. Its on a main rd so easy to remember and find. Branson can be like a maze so I loved where the hotel is located. Super easy access. Listen if your looking for a grand hotel this isn't it, but if your looking for a clean, safe environment that's affordable this is your hotel. Brandy will make you feel at home, and treat you with respect and kindness. Tammy will make sure you have everything you need but wont invade your space. Thank you all so much. I genuinely love this place.

The walls were dirty and had something smeared on it them. Our sheets had tears in them. You could hear people in the hall being loud all night. There was no had soap in the bathroom.

Our room did not have enough outlets that worked to charge our phones. The room smelled musty and moldy. I went to get ice from the machine and it wasn't working. The hallways were very hot. We had to ask for towels, because there was only 1 set.At one point we couldn't even get water. They said it was shut off. I was really concerned when we saw what looked like homeless people sitting outside and in the hallway. I arranged this trip for a girls weekend to celebrate our beating breast cancer. I spent a lot of money and not real happy with my stay. The staff was not the issues at all. Just the hotel itself

Red Roof is always a go to for us!
