The mattresses in all 3 double bed rooms were horribly uncomfortable…not even pillow top and thin you could feel springs when you sat or laid down…one of our rooms the AC didn’t work and it leaked water all over the floor!(in July🥵) the whole back wall of electrical outlets and lights stopped working there was no light bulb in the bed side lamp the bathroom sink would not drain and there was no HOT WATER! That was just in 1 room and I rented 3! After the 1st night I told receptionist I wanted a refund for 1 room and we’d just stay in the other 2 bc we couldn’t go without AC a sink or hot water…she couldn’t refund bc I booked through booking…they have been horrible to work with! So no more Red Roof Inn or Booking.com for me! They are both horrible…the receptionist at Red Roof Inn seemed nice and wanting to help but I think it was an act to get me to go on without any help of a refund…booking did the same!! Both companies are shady!

"Overall the stay was doable."

We did not stay during the breakfast. We went to a restaurant.

Everything was built on a steep incline, building, parking lot, etc. Too much climbing and walking to accomplish any task. The shower in the room was weirdly built. It protruded into the room which resembled a large cylinder. Rather strange. The room lacked electrical plugs. Had unplug the microwave in order to plug in computer, swapped again for breathing machine, etc. Coffee machine, (if you could call it that), made one cup at a time in the cup. The coffee was absolutely disgusting. The room was quite small for a king sized bed. At a minimum the room was at functional but nothing to brag about. (Noticed the microwave looked as though someone had taken a hammer to it. The top of it was literally beat to hell.) One good note: The bed was almost amazing to sleep on. Really great! Very firm and comfortable.

Location & folks were nice.

Where so I start? What was supposed to be a deluxe King room was anything but deluxe. Carpet in enteyway & hall wither needed replaced or deeply shampooed. Shower the size of a phone booth. No iron. No blow dryer. Floors were not clean. Saw a roach. Confirmed with desk we were in the right room and they confirmed we were. They brought iron & blow dryer after asking but they should have been in the room. We bought bug spray, room deoderizer & broom & dustpan. We have stayed at other Red Roof Inns & this was by far the worst. They could learn a thing or 2 from the Red Roof Inn in Hot Springs, AR!
