在我到達旅館前，老闆就主動跟我聯絡如何到達旅館等相關事宜，一切充滿著人性化的貼心，在這混亂的新德里無疑來說，感覺有個在地人會好好追蹤著我的行蹤，讓我覺得很安心很安全 晚上七點我搭著Uber 抵達旅館，老闆跟工作人員第一時間來迎接我，並問我要不要喝奶茶、紅茶或是果汁，房間內冷氣是日本品牌一級棒大金的，房間很溫馨舒適也有超大冰箱，裡面冰了好多冰水，對於六月底的新德里實在是太需要了，廁所也很大，床好大好舒服好好躺 我是隔天晚上11點半的飛機，其實我之前就有想過要不要再訂一晚，然後待到晚上七點再退房，因為身體有寫不適，但老闆居然主動說我可以待到晚上七點再退房，這是什麼天使老闆我真的好感動，一方面真的好熱需要冷氣，一方面是我一直在拉肚子需要廁所，老闆說因為現在是淡季所以可以的，我真的很萬分感謝，再多的言語都無法表達我的感謝，謝謝老闆根據我的情況設身處地的為我提供最舒適的方式，那廣闊的胸襟讓人望塵莫及，我會永遠記得的 晚上老闆帶我走小路去有名的餐廳區，這裡走路8分鐘就可以到達很熱鬧的地方，老闆一路教我認路並介紹這裡每一間餐廳的特色，並親自送我到著名的酒吧SIDECAR 門口，並有交代我如果我太晚可以請他來載我 我需要寄一些毛筆給北印度的畫畫老師，其實我沒有任何門路，老闆開車載我去找快遞公司，其中兩家都還沒開門，就載我去第三家，幫我跟快遞公司交涉，還幫我準備了一個裝毛筆的盒子，讓我順利的把毛筆寄出，如果沒有老闆，我覺得我無法完成這件事，不論是在新德里找快遞公司或是跟店員交涉，我覺得我一個人完全做不到 這間旅館會成為我以後唯一在新德里必住的旅館，老闆的貼心、熱忱還有廣闊的胸襟是這家旅館最棒的地方，當然旅館裡面的所有設備還有房間對我來說也都是最棒的，推薦給所有想來新德里住宿的旅客～

What makes the place is Pankaj and his huge heart. I have never encountered such a good service experience. Pankaj is an amazing conversationalist, knows Delhi very well and gave plenty of recommendations. He made sure I was safe and comfortable and as a woman traveling alone I felt as comfortable as possible. He made sure the Uber to the airport arrived in the middle of the night. The homestay is spotless, the room is very cozy, the best shower I had in India. The location is in a nice and safe upscale neighborhood, there is a shopping center and restaurants within walking distance and the rest is within driving distance.

The host, Pankaj, is a warm, helpful, kind person. He accommodated our requests without hesitation. Staff was also nice. Well located homestay, very clean and has all necessary amenities.

Not a single thing to dislike.

Pankaj was fantastic!! He helped us arrange transportation, allowed us to store our luggage there even when we weren’t staying there, took care of our laundry, drove us to the nearby market to show us around (very good restaurants by the way), informed us of the scams at the rail station and airport, he was very responsive and always available for any of our needs. Can’t say enough!

Отличное обслуживание, очень чисто, хозяин отзывчивый, как и весь персонал. Помог нам с экскурсиями, возил в магазин, когда было нужно, менял деньги по выгодному курсу. Район безопасный. Спасибо Вам.
