"Not suitable if you are travelling for work."

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and well presented.

The website advertised that the pub did food. It did not so after travelling all day I did not eat. I booked the room due to the pub advertising food. I had no hot water in the morning so couldn't get a shower and because it was early the pub was closed so couldn't alert staff to this. I was travelling for work so needed to leave early, breakfast didn't start until 08:30 and so I could not eat in the morning either.

Very friendly staff and convenient location

I stayed in one of the pods and comfort wise. It is fine, but the shower/toilet area is very competitively sized. It is usable but quite tight.

Superb hot and tasty freshly cooked breakfast, eggs just as we requested, perfect Had a great conversation with the owner landlord.

"Do not stay at this place. The place was worse than back street."

Breakfast was offered after 8:30 am which was too late and quality was poor.

The room was very smelly and very dirty. Room never cleaned during stay. Had bed bugs so that had rashes on neck and hands. Toilet was small and dirty. Shower drain was blocked. Horrible place to stay.

"For the overall cleanliness and finish of the room, I thought the cost was quite high."

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

The room was tired and in need of some decoration. The TV didn’t work and the WiFi was almost negligible. As this was in March, the room was quite cold, even though there was a portable electric heater in the room. There was also a mini fridge in the room which was quite noisy when operating during the night, and I’m sure it might work for longer stay guests.
