Park Hyatt Shenzhen

I stayed at Park Hyatt Shenzhen recently and was disappointed by an unpleasant experience with the staff at the swimming pool. While I was a registered guest and my friend had my room key with my full authorization, access to the pool was rudely denied. I understand if hotel policy restricts facilities to registered guests only, but there is absolutely no excuse for the impolite and unprofessional attitude shown by the staff. A simple explanation in a respectful tone would have sufficed. Unfortunately, the way it was handled was not what I expected from a five-star hotel. Disappointed with the service quality. I hope the hotel improves staff training in communication and basic courtesy.

Our trip at this hotel was great. The swimming pool was nice and it was heated in the winter. There is also a warm pool in the changing room. the service was amazing buffet was dazzling. The staff are all welcoming. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable. It was in a very convenient location with nearby malls.

I guess I’m not welcome from thiis hotel from the very beginning. I checked in with my husband and we gave them both our documents whilst checking in. But when we went into our room , the tv screen which showed our surname in the screen was wrong . And the turn down service .. was the worst I ever experienced in the five star hotel in my life. The washroom was never replenished or cleaned . And they only placed one bottle of water and slipper on the bedside which indicated one person was staying in the room . I talked to the manager , he apologized but his attitude was not caring and just asked me what he can compensate.. To he honest, I don’t want complimentary breakfast etc . I jusf want their sincere apology but it didn’t happen . I will never stay in the Hyatt group again .

Great property. Nothing to complain about. The rooms are immaculate, ambience is great. One of the best breakfast spreads I’ve seen. A la cart menu changes daily and buffet is always delicious. Also try the weekend buffet, very well worth the money.

Everything arrangement from the staff is prefect

Location, super clean, great breakfast and staffs are wonderful, except the person checked me in. I would definitely recommend this hotel anytime you are in Shenzhen/Futian for business. I have stayed at St. Regis and RC many times (Lifetime Platinum) so this time I want a change of pace in SHZ. It’s worth it! The same with Lark Hyatt in Shanghai & Suzhou.

Excellent Hotel & staff so wonderful! The rooms are so clean and modern. The service is 1st class & the spa in change rooms are included in the price. We felt like royalty because of their kind nature & absolutely wonderful customer service. Definitely come again! Anastasia, Alan Queenie & Dean, with the 2 young boys greeting us at the entrance, were fantastic! They all should get rewarded for their 1st class service. Rooms 4310 was the best views! Definitely coming again! Thanks team.

I found the experience to be absolutely fantastic. The quality of the decor, the ambiance, the staff, the amenities, everything was perfect for me. The large spa pools in the change rooms were my favorite and I would sit in them for a couple of hours everyday. I definitely recommend it. The location is also across the street from a shopping mall or 2, and there is so much more within walking distance as well. I will definitely stay here again.
