Park Hyatt Shenzhen

The Hotel was great and tall that you can have a good view from your room or the lobby and restaurant. It is also near to a Mall and lots of restaurant to choose from. The room is clean and the staff are very kind and full of smile. The pool was cozy and nice, the gym is also ok.

僅僅幾天前住的大套房，和今次的普通天際房對比， 感覺服務差得很遠；服務是完全看房間類別可以理解，但是離譜的是我當晚跟禮賓說需要一條充電線，然後去了洗澡，開了請勿打擾的燈，但是正在浴室的時候聽到外面服務人員直接進來了跟我說放在房間裡面了，這件事會不會太離譜了一點。

This was my second stay here, and overall, it was still a great experience with good service. Location is also great and the staff outside was very helpfull.

However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast, the variety was limited, and I had to wait quite a while for my order, which took so long that the rest of my food was cold by the time it arrived. In the evening, when we went for drinks, there was a bit of a language barrier with the restaurant staff, and surprisingly, the chocolate cake was already unavailable by 9 PM. Something I wouldn’t expect from a hotel of this standard. It was a pleasant stay, but the service in the restaurant and café could definitely be improved.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

酒店為男朋友安排特式生日佈置、賀卡，及生日蛋糕，非常有心思，酒店室內泳池尺寸和水溫適中，更衣室內有按摩浴池，環境設施周到。 48樓酒吧有歌手唱歌，氣氛很好。 所有酒店職員都很有禮貌，特別謝謝職員Sunny 解釋詳細貼心周到。

It’s very modern. Breakfast and location are good. But there are so many other hotels around. This hotel doesn’t worth the price at all!

We had to wait for 30 mins for the room to be ready (we arrived on time at 3pm check in time). Then waited another 30 mins for the suitcase to be in the room. We wasted 1 whole hour for nothing when we first arrived, and our 3 yrs old daugher had to wait around with us! It’s terrible! You have to wear a swimming hat/cap to the swimming pool. The staff claimed it’s the policy of Shenzhen Official (she said all Shenzhen hotels have this requirement). We had to buy the cap from them for $99 rmb each hat. And the hat is only $25 rmb on taobao. What a joke! The indoor water pool was cold as well (in April), we didn’t even stay for long. Terrible WiFi! Most of the time doesn’t work! We stayed for 3 nights, we had some fruits (grapes) in the room on the first day, then the rest of the time there were nothing! Very inconsistent!

Amazing rooms, hotel design, location and top staff

Very fun and enjoyable experience especially if you bring your little ones, thoughtful provision of the kids amenities including coloring and game books. The kids pool at the main swimming pool area is also very nice and safe with the lifeguard on duty watching for us.
