They contact me ahead of arrival, during the stay and even post my stay. they address all of my questions and requests promptly. that is super awesome. on top of that, it is at prime location of shenzhen, and oriental decoration and room is just great. I would say it is one of the best hotel in shenzhen. strongly recommend

Great location, great services. enjoy our stay. 2nd time we were back. Staffs were very attentive, helpful and always welcoming. Other things we enjoyed, breakfast, views and location!

The only letdown from an otherwise superb experience was the grumpy lady at the spa, who was overly vocal and watched guests like a hawk, suppose to be relaxing place.
