Park Hyatt Shenzhen

We were truly impressed by the hotel's wonderful recent improvements. The staff consistently provided professional, warm, and attentive service throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ms. Chelcie Hu, whose kindness and genuine hospitality made our experience feel especially welcoming and memorable. We greatly appreciate everything the team did to make our visit so enjoyable!

Twin bedroom was great. Really liked the layout. Provided bath salts which was nice, but it was hidden under other amenities so search for them. Clean room. Enjoyed the free minibar drinks and snacks. Service really needs to be improved at such a high end establishment. We arrived at 4 pm and was told our room was being cleaned and not ready yet. Ended up not being ready until 5:30 pm. We were given a room to rest in at 5:00 pm. Did not expect this to happen at Park Hyatt. We didn't try the pool but we walked by and it looks very nice and comfortable. You might need to wear a swimming cap. Overall, the hotel is in a convenient location really near coco park. Also walking distance to the Futian High Speed Railway station. Tried the dinner buffet at the Glass House. Overall it was ok. But the seafood could be fresher. I did like that they had special dishes at various times such as the hairy crab, Beef wellington, and coconut chicken. Some minor service issues at the buffet such as low battery in the light on the table, which although minor, probably shouldn't happen in a Park Hyatt.

The hotel is beautiful, it was my first time in Shenzhen so I was captivated immediately after entering the hotel. The unpleasant experience came during breakfast, nobody was at the entrance to welcome me and as a first timer at the hotel I was not explained how the breakfast service works. I had to look for someone to let them know that I arrived. I got some menus to order drinks or some food, after more than 10 minutes nobody came to my table to ask if I needed anything, it was not busy and we saw other tables being served. Decided to leave after noticing that. I explained what happened during check out, got some travel kit which was a nice gesture, but still I was not expecting that level of service from a Park Hyatt.

As a loyal patron of the Park Hyatt brand—having frequented properties from Buenos Aires to Dubai to Beijing—I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at Park Hyatt Shenzhen. My experience was characterized by a lack of sophistication and a total absence of the hospitality manifestation the brand is known for. 1. Health and Safety (Spa): The lack of professional training in the spa is a liability. Staff mis-sold products that caused severe skin redness. Rather than taking professional accountability, the staff avoided the situation, and the subsequent "remedy" caused me to be 45 minutes late for my following appointment. The lack of ownership during a physical reaction to a treatment is unacceptable. ​2. Culinary Failure: The breakfast service was chaotically managed and lacked any culinary sophistication. The coffee was unpalatably bitter, the pastries were dreadfully dry, and the staff demonstrated a total lack of understanding of basic service requirements. ​3. Room Environment: The room quality was substandard. A persistent damp odor made the environment uncomfortable, and the mattress quality was significantly below the brand’s global sleep standards. Overall, there is a lacking of intuitive service and refined execution that justifies the brand's positioning. The experience was characterized by a total short of sophistication and a disconnect from the true meaning of hospitality. Utterly disappointing!

Great location. Great team effort. Flawless management. Feels welcoming to all of us( kids, family, and non-chinese) .

chambre spacieuse et tres bien équipée, spa de qualité , piscine magnifique

petit dejeuner tres varié mais avec un probleme, le temps d'attente pour une commande d'omelette... 20 mn cela parait un peu excessif si on se refere au prix de la chambre. le buffet est excellent mais point tres negatif sur les commandes de la carte. dommage.
