Hotel was bright and airy - there is a LOT of yellow. The rooftop bar is fantastic with wonderful views over the city, although it wasn’t open the first night we were there. The rooms were quite big but no mini bar or fridge. It’s a bit out of the city but accessible by bus (free if you stay at the hotel) in 10 minutes, the stop is right outside.

It did take ages to check-in and there seemed to be a lack of staff around on the Saturday we arrived. No restaurant, although we were recommended to go to the Rosengarten restaurant, a 5 minute walk away which has panoramic views across the city.

Liked the attempt at being upscale as well as the location.

The egos and attitudes of the male management and front desk. All advertising states they have air conditioning there is even a sign in the room saying the same and also advising guests to contact front desk if you room climate is not satisfactory. Arrived during 2026 heat wave, felt secure in our choice being a bigger hotel chain we thought they will good for A/C. WOW biggest mistake ever. We were told a progression of lies that started with a law in all of Switzerland that doesn’t allow hotel to have A/C, that we are racist Americans with an issue with Switzerland and the people (we’re Canadian and not racist), we do not know how to read the signs and advertising regarding their hotel and amenities to literally being ignored when going to the front desk to ask for assistance, turned their backs and exited through the office door behind the front desk. I wish I was joking but I am not, both the ‘manager’ and his male assistant (assistant actually giggled in the background the entire time while we were talking to the manager) If you goal is to be treated like a trespassing vagrant, called names, judged and belittled in front of all the employees and guests at the front desk to having the staff (male staff) literally turn their backs and walk away to the spend a night in a below grade (basement) hotel room that maintained a average temp of 27c and the kicker is having to pay good money for all this then please choose the PrizeRaddison Thanks for reading, from a disappointed Level 3

Konumu çok iyi, önünden sık sık merkeze giden 10 numaralı otobüs geçiyor. Kahvaltısı da iyi, kaliteli ve lezzetli ürünlerden oluşuyor.

Banyo veya odada kullanım için terlik verilmiyor. Günlük 1 şişe 0.5lt su hakkı verilmiş, ekstra su istenirse ücreti 7£. Konaklama süresince temizlik yapılmıyor, sadece havlular değiştiriliyor.
