Comfortable bed, king size pillows (a must), good-quality linens, and an amazing shower with great water pressure. The room was quiet, clean, and provided everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The breakfast was slightly better than what you typically find at hotels in this category.

On the downside, parking is not included and comes with an additional charge, as does breakfast, although both are reasonably priced. The room's design wasn't particularly inviting, with exposed concrete walls that made the space feel somewhat cold rather than cozy. The mirror lighting was also very dim, making it difficult to apply makeup or get ready comfortably. In addition, the elevators did not seem to be functioning properly during my stay, which was inconvenient. While the hotel gets the basics right, there are several design and convenience issues that could be improved.

Very trendy hotel. Good location!

During our stay the elevators had an issue. Was a little confusing to navigate but was able to use one of them.

Location at SRQ

No attendant at front desk at check in who was preparing a Ana k for someone…had to find somebody to check us in Shower door got stuck …fear of being trapped…needs maintenance Elevator did not work.. tried alternate elevator…did not work … went to front desk… tried but could not help… elderly husband had to carry full size luggage down 3 flights of stairs in early am …requested that only employee in sight at that time report these issues to management… he agreed to do so
