Pretentious - I totally agree with non smoking in the building of course. The signs plastered all over seemed a little excessive and insulting to anyone who is a smoker.. threatening eviction is a bit much … the broken elevator wasn’t a fun experience…2 days and it wasn’t repaired? No excuse. Front desk implied they were doing me a great service by waiving the 15.00 early check in fee.. I didn’t ask to be checked in early!!

The kitchen and bar staff

The front desk attending to the people at check out who were in line behind me. The television in the room was on it's last legs the colour being very distorted and the remote no connecting to the receiver without having to constantly reset and move the wire around. The restaurant being closed both nights, and bar area one of the nights. One of the two elevator not reliable/functioning between the ground floor and the one we stayed on.

Limpieza de las instalaciones, hotel moderno y buena ubicación, con un estacionamiento apropiado gratis para huéspedes. La atención de Julio en Recepción del Hotel fue muy buena y atenta con el servicio al huésped, muy colaborador. Excelente.

Las almohadas eran un poco duras y altas y el restaurante no funcionó en los dos días que estuvimos. A pesar de que en el aviso de atención en el ascensor lo indicaba con la lista de platos que servían. Adicionalmente, las puertas del inodoro y de la ducha deberían dar mayor privacidad.
