Very modern, clean, and welcoming hotel. The breakfast was excellent, the pool was beautiful, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Julio for making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Despite the bad weather, our stay was perfect!

Descemos para jantar às 21:45 hs do dia 01/06 e a atendente da noite não nos deixou entrar no restaurante alegando a hora . Qdo chegamos recebemos um comunicado com os horários de funcionamento e era 23:00 hs e o restaurante tinha pessoas sendo atendidas . Ainda questionamos sobre o horário q mesmo q fosse às 22 hs , sei q não podem fechar antes do horário . Fomos de Orlando para Sarasota para passar o dia e pernoitar no hotel Fomos para o quarto dormir sem comer . No dia seguinte qdo descemos pra tomar café falamos com o recepcionista da manhã ficou muito constrangido e pediu desculpas . Fez a gentileza de não cobrar os U$ 14,00 de nós 2 referente ao café da manhã . Mas quero deixar registrado o constrangimento q passamos com outras pessoas no lobby do hotel .
