Walked in from a hard day at work and immediately felt relaxed. Staff are brilliant and someone has spent alot of money on the place (worth every penny). I work away 5 days a week years round and if im back in that area It will be my first port of call. Exceptional place and again the staff are exceptional. Whoever owns that place you are doing it right...

Lost £10 on the bandit......

Location good as was breakfast

Overpriced, a very small room just big enough for a single bed. 5:30 PM on the second day my room had still not been made up. I contacted staff in the bar and what I assume to be the deputy manager arrived. Told him the problem and the comment was "did you ask for the room to be made up". What a stupid question, at close to £100.00 per night I expect the room to be made up every day, cleaned and fresh towels and linin.
