The pub and restaurant are lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was nice and quite spacious.

Limited parking and the bathroom in our room (room 3) was very small and a tired.

Lovely big room with huge window, beds very comfortable, staff very welcoming, nice food. Well equipped room and roomy hot shower.

Stayed two nights one of which was a Saturday which was a little noisy outside but that was to be expected.

The property was very close to our friends that live there , also good value as well

Was not happy about having a family room next to the suite ,as they were letting there children run around and making noise, not telling them to be quiet as there could be guests next door,, as you could hear everything next door, we put some music on not loud just to drown the noise out

Beautiful old building in the heart of Market Deeping with bars and restaurant, seating alongside the river and good quality food and drink. The rooms are a good size and well equipped with an en-suite bathroom. The staff kindly found and forwarded an iPad charger I’d left behind. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of English or USA dishes.

The bathroom was a bit tired and could do with some grouting and TLC on the shower fittings.
