"The best hotel in our Hokkaido stay."

Sansui really won our hearts. We were one of first guests to arrive for the winter season and stayed for 5 nights. The service right from pickup at Kutchan station to drop-off at our Forest Villa in Niseko was exceptional. Amazing service by everyone at the hotel. Special mention for Tara, who was warm, friendly and ever ready to assist. The hotel had shuttle to bring us anywhere in Harafu and Kutchan. We went shopping at supermarket and used the well stocked kitchen in our room to prepare meals/snacks for our kids. The hotel also assisted in calling various restaurants to check if they were open during the pre-season and helped us make reservations/drive us to these locations. All in all, truly exceptional service.

"Top-notch Sansui Hotel Niseko!"

The best accomodation in Hirafu,Niseko. The Hotel Management is outstanding in terms of catering their services to us as their Guests. We feel very welcome and the customer service is top-notch, warm and personable. From the time we arrived at the airport to sending us off upon check out. We greatly appreciated the free Sansui Hotel service shuttle. Truly one of the most relaxing vacation we ever had since they arranged everything for us including booking for restaurants, spa and they'd also gladly assisted us to where we could possibly visit some other places for sightseeing/day tours around Niseko. We can't wait to be back soon. Thank you to the Amazing Staff of Sansui Hotel Niseko most especially to Miss Tara.

New and modern look! Kitchen facilities are of good quality. Thanks to the hotel staff for being welcoming and trying their best to meet our needs!

No mirror in the room except for the bathroom. No dressing table in the bedroom. The lights are a little too dim, unable to adjust the brightness. Bento breakfast is disappointing for the price point of our stay. Expected better quality food and choice for breakfast!

location, facilities & staff. I’d like it even more if only the room lighting is brighter.

Motion sensor light at the entry is quite bothersome when you have to go to the toilet in the middle of the night.
