Didn’t engage Skii coaches because we have no engouh confidence in them, not saying they are not good, just because the coaches available to book are pretty new to Niseko.

Good location

- Upon arrival at my room (number 510), I was surprised to find three large suitcases that did not belong to me. Despite the hotel having access to guest names through passport photocopies upon check-in, the staff placed these suitcases in my room without prior notice or inquiry. This oversight is concerning, as it poses a serious risk, potentially involving illegal substances in the luggage, which could implicate guests in criminal activity. - While the hotel promptly apologized for the error and provided some snacks as a gesture of goodwill, I believe a more substantive response was necessary. Rather than a simple apology, guests would benefit from clear protocols outlining steps to prevent such incidents in the future. This would enhance guest security and provide reassurance during their stay. - Regrettably, the following day, a similar incident occurred, albeit on a smaller scale, when reception mistakenly inquired about a restaurant booking I had not made. This suggests a lack of attention to guest concerns and a failure to implement effective protocols to address previous mistakes. - Considering the hotel's reputation, star rating, and premium pricing, the lapses in safety and security are disappointing. Sansui Niseko Hotel falls short of excellence in this regard and should take immediate steps to rectify these deficiencies to uphold its esteemed reputation.
