Urban Bliss Hotel

Für Sambia eine sehr gute Adresse. Der Wasserhahn in unserem Zimmer war lose, ansonsten alles gut und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Wenn man Essen bestellt, muss msn wie überall sich auf Wartezeiten einstellen.

Badly designed hotel; breakfast was a bit chaotic; room bathroom very poor design; hopeless rain shower, no surface for placing toiletries; no towel racks; terrible mirror lighting; TV too small for room size; terrible bedside lighting; keys for locking doors! Terrible reception, counter too high; v strong back lighting panels, difficult to see or interact with reception staff ....This was not a 4* hotel ...p

The property overcharged us for our 3 nights stay and was quite hesitant to return the money. We spoke to a Finance Manager and another officer over reconciliations. Even after Booking.com had resolved the price of the rooms, they felt it okay to let us pay a high price. We left without our refund after many negotiations.

The elusive attitude in resolving our financial issue, power outages and air conditioning that was not working properly. worst experience from a proclaimed 5 Star hotel…😢

It is the second time I stayed at the hotel and the service is still great

The staff at this property make it all worthwhile. Our daughter was sick while we stayed, and many of the staff would ask us how she was, ask her if she was feeling better, etc. throughout the stay. The food at the restaurant is also top notch. The included breakfast is a buffet with large variety, along with made-to-order eggs and meats delivered to your table by the server. Fantastic stay!

The staff were very helpful and polite

I was overpriced for the room as the hotel price and booking.com price differed. I also booked and paid for the executive suite 3 weeks in advance for 2 nights, but I got given a standard room, which was very disappointing. I informed the manager how disappointed I was with their service, he was apologetic however informed me that all the executive suites were fully booked and I expressed my dislike considering I had booked 3 weeks prior to checking in, he stated that it was a major error on their part. The manager was nice enough to refund me cash for the first night and made the first night a free stay as they had made an error of giving me a standard room instead of the executive suit which I had paid for. The manager also ensured that the error was rectified and that the executive room was made available the next day.

A lovely place - the only issue we had was a misleading sign somewhere gave an impression that alcohol was banned in the hotel. That led to all sorts of hassle which was not at all the fault of the hotel so I will not deduct points for it but they should sort the sign to be clearer since this is not the case at all... please reword that sign!

Currently its the best place you can stay in Kabwe. I occupied the presidential Suite. All was great, though I had hot water finish on a single day. Might have been a one off glitch as I had hot water on other days. Property has no lifts though rooms are one floor above reception. Workers are courteous though slow service in the restaurant. All in all, if you like quality, then this may be your only choice in Kabwe.
