Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön! Insbesondere die Zimmer. Bei der Außenanlage müssen wir den anderen Bewertungen recht geben, diese könnte gepflegter sein.

Bei uns war der Pool die meiste Zeit nutzbar, aber generell fanden wir die Außenbereiche und Fahrräder überraschend ungepflegt. Außerdem sind in den Zimmern mit Galerie die Bereiche des oberen Bettes wirklich unglaublich heiß, da die Klimaanlage dort nicht hinkommt.

O hotel e o quarto são lindos, muito confortáveis e com toda a estrutura adequada para uma ótima estadia. O único ponto de atenção é em relação à luminosidade do quarto. Há uma parte em vidro sem cortina, o que faz com que o ambiente fique bastante claro, especialmente pela manhã. Para quem tem sono leve ou costuma se incomodar com luz para dormir, isso pode impactar bastante a experiência.

A atmosfera do lugar é fantástica. Fomos muito bem recepcionados e atendidos. O ambiente é super confortável e agradável. Tanto no quarto quanto nas áreas externas.

Poderia ter um frigobar no quarto.

The design and decor are undeniably beautiful and the vibe of the place very relaxing

Unfortunately the level of service is very underwhelming for the level they wish to position themselves as and for the rate they charge, and there is a lot of room for improvement (this or it has deteriorated since it was recommended by the guide du Routard...). The WiFi was very spotty the whole time and even cut since 9pm for more than 12 hours. The pool area was dirty, with chairs clearly not swept for days, and a net should be used to clean moss, dead insects, and other filth deposited in the pool, which clearly also had not been done for days. I ordered a bottle of wine through their room service app, got the confirmation, waited around 40 mn until closure time and nothing ever came (and I could not even verify that I could not be charged for it since their WiFi was still down when I checked out...). Free rental bikes are available to borrow - great initiative, but when I asked for one, I was told none of them had air in the tires, so unusable. In the end, other clients took it upon themselves to take 2 bikes to a gas station to pump them. But I do not recommend them: they are old, worn bikes with an extremely heavy frame that makes them very tiring to maneuver and almost as slow as if you were walking. Do not expect to tour along the whole lagoon with them. On the one I had (no. 4), the right brake did not work, and the left one barely. Also, many of them had lost their little number placard (see attached picture). Overall, it is clear that this place does not invest in the maintenance staff that is needed to achieve, or maintain, the level of service they aspire to and try to project. Perhaps it is because now (early June) is not what is considered peak season in Bacalar, but that is also an issue : you should provide the same level of service regardless of the time of year or the number of clients present (especially, again, when you charge $120 USD per night).

La perte d'internet le matin du checkout empêchant le paiement des extras, le lien envoyé suite à ceci ne fonctionnant pas plusieurs fois, et le fait que les prix soient en USD mais pas indiqués comme tel explicitement.
