Only good thing about the entire property was the jacuzzi bath

Well where do start got to the property had to wait 5 minutes to get in then when we got in to the apartment it was anything but luxury. Very tied and unkempt 100% in need of some TLC. Had to ring for someone to come in and clean the room which took 5 attempts to get hold of. The room had dirt and hairs all over the floor a coffee table in the room had to be repaired as it was falling to pieces and then wiped down as there was stains and residue all over it. Laminate floors all chipped and rising up work tops in kitchen had side trim coming away bottom sheet in second bedroom had stains all over bottom sheet of bed blind on windows are well worn. Corner couch in room has definitely seen better days. The best part of all of it though is the non existence customer service had to pay £100 deposit on arrival that we knew about paid in cash and should get back when leaving. Check out times between 8 and 11am we was up and ready to leave as soon as 8 o’clock came as we could not wait to leave nobody around to take keys and get deposit back rung the number we had 50 times while we were sat waiting in the grubby reception are for 2 hours until someone finally answered told me to put key under office door and send bank details and they would transfer back deposit to my bank was absolutely fuming by this point what a total let and disappointed the experience has been we have stayed in a few properties and hotels off booking.com over the last few months and always given them good reviews this is by far the worst we’ve ever stopped in plus the most expensive.and if there was a no star rating it would of got it.

The whole building was so clean and well done our room was beautiful

The staff were amazing and very accommodating, they didn’t fail in making sure I had a peaceful and comforting stay. The place was absolutely spotless felt like home. Will deffoes be staying here again

The guy on reception Nick,was lovely. Very professional and extremely helpful. He even took a Deliveroo order and looked after my case when I needed to get some shopping after checkout!

The toilet seat was loose.
