Beds were comfortable and sheets clean, central location and very quiet

Not as clean as I would have expected and parts a bit shabby. No remote for tv. Limited cutlery and crockery. Card machine not working so was asked to do bank transfer which I refused also wanted £100 deposit which I knew nothing about

The apartment has a very convenient location – close to the historic city centre, public transport, and grocery stores. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, understanding, and always willing to assist. They provided useful information both about the city and day-to-day matters. The apartment layout is excellent – well thought out design and plenty of space for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking. However, plates, mugs, glasses, and cutlery were missing on arrival and had to be requested separately. It’s important to specify the quantity needed when asking, as these items are not provided by default. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, but toilet paper also had to be requested.

Not all rooms have wardrobes or a place to hang clothes, which can be inconvenient for stays longer than two days. It would be wonderful if basic hand soap was available on site – people usually bring their own shower gel and shampoo, but don’t think to pack hand soap. A small suggestion to housekeeping: it would be great to occasionally vacuum under the beds and behind the doors, as these spots can easily be missed.

Great location. Super friendly staff. Short walking distance from one of the two train stations in Bradford. Great young host Mo, who makes sure all clients are happy and catered for.

The condition of both the apartment and the building was completely unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed by the experience. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the property was not in a suitable state for guests. The issues included: • A strong and overwhelming smell of weed throughout the apartment. • Weed substances on the bedroom floor, indicating it had not been cleaned or checked. • Pillows that smelled strongly of men’s aftershave and were covered in body hairs a clear sign that the bedding had not been changed. • A filthy bed frame and a burnt carpet. • Dust and dirt on all windowsills and an overall lack of cleanliness in every room. • A completely broken TV remote, making it difficult to use • In the building itself, there were balloon canisters left in the corridor and balloons inside the lift, pointing to a lack of supervision and irresponsible behavior in the property. Due to this horrific situation, we were unable to sleep at all that night and felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. What’s most frustrating is that this experience was in complete contrast to what was presented online. The photos, reviews, and listing details gave a completely false impression and were grossly misleading.

The staff were exceptional and very accommodating. Adele and Muhammed gave us an exceptional welcome, and met all our timely and untimely requests.
