The Residence by Pasha

It was well equipped. Kitchen was excellent as was the bed and shower. The person taking care of the property was very nice and got me a fan as it was so hot.

The floors were really dirty, my feet turned black after walking on them for an evening. The sofa was very uncomfortable. I was there on a weekend and I think there we other weekend residents who were extremely noisy late into the night. Windows only opened a few inches are there were none in the bedroom. The room faces onto the sun all day and although there are blinds, the studio gets a extremely warm. I think I had high expectations because of the other reviews I’d read and for me it didn’t live up to them

Clean and spacious. Staff friendly and efficient. Very close to the centre.

For a longer stay place missed a few cooking utensils. We paid in cash as paying by card wasn't an option. Just a little inconvenience, not a problem.

Cost, lack of kitchen equipment, no mugs or wine glasses until requested. Only one bowl. Poor quality cutlery. No hair drier. No tea towel. Half drunk squash in fridge. Only one shower and shampoo mini. Very basic for money paid. Noisy and hot at night.

Had to chase them for deposit back took 3 weeks and they stopped answering my calls and replying to text messages very bad with giving depo back beaware

Location near centre but parking not ideal

Parking not ideal Jacuzzi wasnt clean and had hair so off putting Bed isn't comfortable Pictures don't match place

Location was great

Wasn't impressed with having to make a bank transfer. Using the codes to enter didn't work.
