very poor,not clean at all ,dirty bed sheet,run down not good for any tourist to stay there.

I don't like everything about that place

The hosts write that there is a free shuttle to the airport, which does not really exist.

Host was warm and location was good. We appreciated early airport drop off

Blinds in the bedroom need replacing as they didn't close therefore allowing outside light to come in. There was too much outside noise early in the morning

Nous sommes arrivés et reparti directement. Punaise de lit. Notre taxi a eu d’ailleurs beaucoup de mal a trouvé. Portail fermé.

The owner doesn't understand customer service; she has zero empathy for guests. She charges a deposit for the room key as if we were criminals—just a regular lock key. I paid for a room with a private bathroom, and they wanted to give me one with a shared bathroom. I demanded a room with a bathroom, and the employee simply made the previous guest's bed with the same sheets. It seemed, or she pretended, that she didn't understand English well. Since I was only there for four hours that day, I didn't want to make a fuss. I wasn't going to use the bed, and she wouldn't give me soap either. She told me to use the soap in a room with a sink for washing dishes, so I had to go buy some myself. There's no internet in the rooms, and the owner is incredibly rude and ill-mannered.
