"Comfortable stay in Nuwara Elijah"

Well maintained, old-style design, wonderful service, fabulous and plentiful food. Small, but useful gym, sauna and spa. We loved our morning swim in the outside heated pool (with a view of the surrounds).

We had to open the window for air (although the evening wasn’t hot) because no a/c and mosquitoes came in 😔 The hotel has the same name as another establishment and we were confused in finding our way back to the hotel at night in a tuk tuk. The service, despite being wonderful was a bit too full on! We didn’t love Nuwara Eliyah - but it was close to Nanu Oya train station.

Excellent hotel, wonderful room, decor and ambiance very pleasing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was superb and well presented, with recommend wine to match. Breakfasts were amazing, a good choice of the finest Sri Lankan favourites.

The hotel places in the quiet area but very near from city center. Bed and pillows were amazing!

Breakfast was not good enough to be honest. Clearness could be improved. I guess that price is high for the quality. But still it’s a good place to stay

The property was really nice. It’s very well built and it’s a heritage property. It has total of eight rooms and a very lavish restaurant.

The restaurants are made really nicely and make you feel like a king
