Rooms could have been better maintained
INExperience and Location: The first thing that impressed us was an unique experience of leaving really giving “Nani ka Ghar” “Grandma’s Home” vibe. It is well surrounded by greenery and rooms are in the form of small huts which was amazing. Sunrise point and sitapur beach is just 5 mins walk away. Breakfast and food: We only could have breakfast because of very short stay but it was good . They did not have buffet breakfast but was rather preparing fresh Dosas and Omelettes as per our needs . Everything was super tasty which makes us assume that food would also be great. Staff: Limited staff but are good and helping .
Considering it gives you unique experience- it lacks some important facilities Wifi and inverters if power is gone you might feel discomfort in rooms without Fans.

Wwell, to begin with there were bed bugs. other than this, there was wood dust falling from the ceiling, walls and furniture on all the beds making them incredibly itchy. horrible experience. there was also a grounding issue which made all the bathrooms fittings electrocute you. a truly horrible experience.

The cafe was only open for breakfast, and the room was full of bugs (not anyone's fault - it's just the nature of a beach hut so be warned)
INIt's located right next to sitapur beach, where you can view an epic sunrise. Accomodation is in bamboo cottages, which are awesome. Mosquitos are a problem after evening hours, but you get a net around your bed so that helps when sleeping. The food here is absolutely incredible and was the best part.
No wifi near the rooms. But you get it if you sit near the lobby.
ININThe resort is built in wilderness, the rooms are nice and provide a natural experience. It is very close to the beach from which one can view beautiful sunrises. The breakfast was decent.
The only problem is that the rooms/lodges are not completely covered because of which a lot of mosquitos enter the room making it uncomfortable for someone with kids and family. The bed has a mosquito net but it becomes ineffective once it is not properly fixed. A little modification to the lodges would make them much better.
