Since the location is near the beach and at the end of Neil Island, there were NO signals always. There is wifi at the reception but the rooms are some 50 meters away from reception. We were getting wifi signals from a hotel far away from the reception but were not getting any signals from Emerald wifi. Wifi or an extender can be installed so that guests can at least reach out to you in case of any needs. No one came to ask or check if everything was fine. For anything you have to go to reception which is 50m away. The cottage is beside the forest area and after 6 PM it was completely dark, one of the main lights stopped working around 10 PM but we could not call/reach out to anyone and we had to stay in very low light that night. Next, it is beside the forest so obviously there will be insects so a better mosquito net can be provided so that guests can spend time peacefully. I also got an infection due to a bug bite while being inside the net. It seems that the owner once had all the cottages built, but they are never maintained. We found spiderwebs inside our cottage. One suggestion to the owner/manager: We want to stay in village-like cottages or huts, but we also want to ensure they are clean and free from any potential sources of disease. Please prioritize cleanliness and hygiene in maintaining these accommodations.
GBIN- the location is really good, a bit far from the jetty but very close by to a secluded and serene sunrise beach, a cute cafe called vibes and dives and a lot of animals! - the huts are super interesting, nicely built - the staff is very helpful and considerate
- the restaurant on the property was closed for the 2 days I stayed, although complimentary breakfast was still there - there is no WiFi in the huts, it’s only available in the cafe near the reception, which is a bummer given there is no cellular connectivity for Airtel or Jio

INIt is very near to the sitapur beach. Beach is very beautiful. Must visit in the morning. The cottages had a rustic natural feeling as they were made out of wood and bamboo. The staff was helpful in arranging scooty and cabs.
Maintanence of the cottages were poor. There were no windows in the upper bed location. So it's prone to insects and mosquitoes. We were lucky it rained that night so we didn't feel any heat in the night. Otherwise it would be very hot.
INAll rooms in dilapidated condition. Need immediate restoration.
More service person needed. Breakfast option are very limited. Although you have few restaurants are near by but as it’s located far from market you definitely looking for more options for food.

INTotally agriculture land without any grass cutting on walk way . Snake or other animals can attacks. I changed my hotel,my money waste for this booking.
