I liked how nice the staff was. I very much disliked the cleanliness. There were crumbs of food on the couch.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had till date. The property was good but very badly managed. During our 16 night stay there was only one housekeeping service. We were expected to clean and sanitize our rooms as the receptionist said they had only 2 housekeeping staff members. Guests were leaving their dirty towels , bed linen and trash in the corridors to be picked up by hotel staff at their convenience. The corridors were dirty and smelly .Ants and bugs were surfacing intermittently. No attempt by the staff to vacuum the corridors and hallways even after we complained about the unhygienic conditions especially during a pandemic. Basically their strategy was to clean the rooms only at the time of checkout. No regular towel change etc was also provided except on our repeated requests. The front office staff were far from friendly except for a tall lady who was there during the evenings and always had a smile for us. The breakfast was far from the Marriott Towneplace standard we had experienced earlier in LA. There was no milk for the first few days and we were expected to have dry cereal . The grumpy breakfast lady behaved as though she was doing us a huge favor. We felt most unwelcome and unwanted. The only reason we had to extend our stay by 2 days was because my daughter’s apartment was not ready for her move in . We have been loyal bonvoy members and this property doesn’t deserve to associated with Marriott.

The property is nice. We liked our room. Unable to check in on time. Room still waiting to be cleaned. They were very short staffed. Room was not vacuumed and floors not swept. A lot of dog hair every where (we didn't bring a dog). All of that being said, willing to give them another try. The attitudes and delay in cleaning probably had more to do with being short staffed than anything else.

The room was disgusting. Crap on bathroom ceiling, hair in shower, ac slow to cool. I won’t return

Check in was suppose to be at 4 I didnt Get checked into my room until 6:30 lady at front desk couldn’t give me answers

Really enjoyed the hotel, only down side was that hospitality over looked some items that were left by the previous guest. There were underwear, t-shirts, and a pair of socks still in the drawer. As well as a dirty towel left hanging on the shower rod.

Room was clean and well maintained. Hotel looked new or recently renovated. LaBritney at the front desk was professional, friendly and very helpful.
