This hotel lacked communication. When we arrived they could not find my reservation, our rooms were not close as requested. There was roof leak and queen beds not made. Was not moved until next morning with no notice

Our shower was not working properly and we called front desk more than once to have the problem fixed. We were told a work order would be submitted, (couldn’t provide a time that shower would be fixed). The second time we called front desk, she said she would “let maintenance know.” Basically our shower was never fixed. The water pressure was extremely low and with no hot water. Really nice room but without a working shower this experience was horrible.

When we got there, they said no room was available yet we booked through hotel. They didn't have the room type i book for and when they found a room, it wasn't even clean. We had to go to a different hotel

Everything was great until we got the rooms i had 3 reservations and 2 of the 3 rooms were not good one didn’t have any water in the shower and the other room didn’t have any air conditioner it was 89* in there plus some cockroaches
