Great place to stay!!

No soap in lavatory. Toilet holders falling off the wall, horrible experience.

My family drove in from Dallas for Christmas and stayed at this hotel. It was a convenient location, near my home and downtown. The front desk staff was wonderful and welcoming. The room was clean and very spacious. I will have my family stay here at this location in the future for sure.

I would not recommend this property to anyone, I checked out early from Towneplace Suites at 10507 East freeway Houston, Tx due to the quality of my stay. My second morning there, I found a large cockroach in my bathroom. I informed the front desk about it and asked to have the cockroach removed while I was working during the day. Upon returning I found the cockroach still in the bathroom. I requested a room change, and was told there were no rooms available. At this point, I was put in touch with the property manager Mario and was told I could get a room change and an upgrade the next day. Once into the new room (which wasn’t an upgrade) I found the bathroom shower to be extremely dirty. Later that night I found two smaller cockroaches in the bathroom. I checked out two days early from this property, and asked for a refund for my stay, and they said because I booked through Expedia they would have to contact the property about a refund. However, Expedia hasn't been any help in even contacting the property. So at this point I paid for two extra days that I didn't even stay at the hotel, as well as the not being compensated in any way for the inconvenience of my stay there. As I stated earlier I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Reserved a double bed but got a king. Sofa bed had stains that appeared to be bodily fluid. When we pulled the bed out, a dirty cotton swab fell out, a fork and a kids toy. The air contioner was too loud, malfunctioning. We had to ask for toiletries. We had to ask for towels and were told they didnt have more but were later given just one.

To many things to point out that i like, ill definitely be staying there again in the future
