We loved our experience here! The location was prime, the service excellent and the property well-appointed. We especially had wonderful service from our housekeeper, Zeniah Cain.

The rooms,food,hospitality and environment were fabulous. Eric was helpful in everyway, baggage,directions, conversations and very generous with his smilies. All resorts need employees like Eric, willing to do whatever is needed to make the guest happy and satisfied.

My family experience at the resort was one of the best since we’ve been traveling and have several Caribbean experiences. The food was great, hotel was great and the staff were great

For us it was our second stay at the Alaia but the first for the others in our group. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and housekeeping, pool bar and pool service was great. Shout out to Eric for his recommendations of places to eat in town- we enjoyed all local restaurants and only ate at seaside once for dinner and it was meh… huge shout out Elvis for bringing us an aloe plant from his home to soothe our sunkissed bodies- above and beyond for sure. We’ll be back!

Alaia is a beautiful resort with all of the amenities anyone needs to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Mr. Eric took great care of us from arrival til departure. He was attentive to our wishes and made great recommendations and arrangements to ensure we were able to take full advantage of everything San Pedro has to offer. The staff throughout the property was very friendly. While most of our meals were off property the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Dinner at Sea Salt was absolutely scrumptious! We will be returning!

Amazing resort !! Amazing staff Hezron customer service was exceptional!! Henry, Ken and Aaron were great too at the pool bar! Book look no further and bring your deep woods (green can) OFF spray the mosquito are the worst part !!!!!! Great vacation!

Location is great close to the airport and also close to the water. Taxi atmosphere is beautiful. The only thing is if you come in September October, there’s a lot of seagrass and it’s also low season so a lot of the places might be closed. The hotel rooms are gorgeous. They have everything you need. It’s very Modern and spacious. The value is a little expensive. It’s quite expensive. I would not recommend all inclusive because you want to eat authentic food outside of the property and the reserve Food is not all the way authentic and there’s a lot to choose from on the outside. The staffs are amazing. They’re all nice. They made sure we were OK. They ask us if we need help and they assist us in any which way they can. I would recommend this resort 10 out of 10 and one of my servers his name is Hezron Carrera.
