"First choice place to stay if we go back to Porto."

Location, cleanliness, customer support.

Very little if nothing at all. TV was on the small side and signal reception not great but that might have been due to the location. No big deal.

Top location very close to the center and very pleasant neighbourhood. Spacious and well equiped apparrtment makes a very comfortable stay. The balcony on the garden side is great for breakfast and drinks in the evening. Very nice staff in hotel 2 doors away.

"Excellent"

Beautiful sunset out the window. Took a while to heat up the first night. Sofa was very hard to sit on for any length of time. Counter space pretty limited. Maid, or cleaning host did a fantastic job! Great little place, cozy and quiet and awesome location!

"Pleasant stay, great for a couple"

Big flat, very comfortable for a couple. Besides, it was near all the main city attractions

They should have ventilated the flat before make us step in, the smell wasn’t very pleasant and made us think someone left the property right before us. Also, the bedsheets didn’t have a pleasant smell. Nevertheless, the flat seemed pretty clean.

The floor makes excessive noise while walking. Check in time is very late 16:00, it should be 14:00.
