Cedofeita Back Garden

We stayed in the Studio Apartment on the third floor. The apartment was centrally located and we liked how we could open the balcony doors and look down at the pedestrian street below. The bathroom was modern with a lovely hot shower. We liked that soap, shower gel and a small pack of items was provided to wash the dishes etc. We enjoyed our 4 day stay and the information provided before our visit and from the reception staff at the nearby hotel where you collect your keys from was excellent. The apartment is in an ideal position for exploring and about a 20 minute walk down to the Ribeira. There are also a couple of small supermarkets on the street where you can get fresh bread.

There were a couple of small things that stopped me giving this apartment a higher score. I reported to the reception staff that the towel rail in the bathroom was loose and the drainer on the sink was rusty. Also I noticed that the sealant around the bottom of the shower tray needed replacing - small things that can be rectified.

Lovely apartment, beautiful garden

Es war sauber und freundlich. Das Bett ist etwas zu weich für meinen Geschmack. Es ist gutes WLAN vorhanden. Da wir ein Appartement mit Balkon zum Garten hatten, war es auch nachts relativ ruhig, außer an Halloween ;-) Die Lage ist gut, man ist in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt und am Douro.
