Grand Mercure Khao Lak Bangsak

We have just spent 14 nights in the Grand Mercure and enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing time. The resort is beautiful and we liked the unique design and how spacious it feels. We were lucky to have experienced staying in both a deluxe room and a pool access room. The deluxe room was so spacious and felt more luxurious. It was also so peaceful (I think we were very lucky with our specific room location). The pool access room was nice but smaller, this room type seems popular with families. We really enjoyed all the food at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a big selection that varied from day to day. Dinners from Green Mango were consistently excellent. Food and drinks from the pool bar also very good. Now to the staff, they really do make the hotel special. The service we received was excellent. I prefer not to call out names because there are too many to mention and also to recognize the whole team including those that are working hard behind the scenes too. Thank you, we are hoping to come back soon.

Spent a glorious few weeks here in a pool access room. Prince and Ben made sure our stay was special, even before we arrived. GM Paul has made this place special with more to come. Again the staff truly make this place. Nearby quite a few restaurants options outside, including some with Fireshows on the beach at Tonga and Rainbow. All the staff were fab - Prince, Ben, Meree, Nan, Tano, June, Dew, Amp and Mawin, just too name a couple. Already planning next year.

This was one of the best Thai Massages I've ever had. Ping did an excellent job - thank you so much :) The atmosphere in the Spa was great as well. I can really recommend to book a treatment there.

⭐️ Grand Mercure Khao Lak – A Relaxing Beachside Stay From the moment we arrived at Grand Mercure Khao Lak, we felt warmly welcomed. Lilly at check-in greeted us with a smile and even drove the buggy to take us to our room, making the start of our stay seamless. Id Belman kindly helped carry our luggage to our Pool Access Room. The Pool Access Room was absolutely fantastic – spacious, elegantly designed with a modern Thai touch, and very clean. The large comfortable bed made for a great night’s sleep. There was ample space for luggage, a well-equipped wardrobe, a work desk, and other furniture that made our stay convenient. The private balcony opened directly to the pool, which was perfect for a quick swim or relaxing in the sun. The bathroom was spotless, with a powerful shower and all essential amenities. Every detail in the room showed care and attention, making it feel both luxurious and homey at the same time. The resort atmosphere is calm and peaceful, with lush gardens, cozy seating areas, and a beautiful pool. Walking around the property, you immediately feel relaxed and immersed in the tranquil surroundings. Breakfast at the resort was a highlight. There’s a variety of fresh juices, freshly brewed coffee, eggs made to order, a Ham & Cheese corner, and a Noodle Station. Special thanks to: Dew, who greeted us warmly at breakfast and made us feel welcome. Nat, the chef who prepared our noodle dishes perfectly. Mawin, the chef who cooked our eggs just the way we liked, including the runny sunny-side-up and bacon. Aon, Phet, and Gink at breakfast, whose friendly service and attentiveness made every morning enjoyable. Overall, Grand Mercure Khao Lak offers a perfect combination of comfort, beautiful surroundings, and attentive staff. The Pool Access Rooms, delicious breakfast, and welcoming team make it a place we would happily return to.

We took the honeymoon package, was great! We got alot of treatments done right! We felt new! Very recommended the body scrub and Thai massage in particular!

Very good hotel. We've been here for the second time, and I think we'll come back again)) I also recommend to visit Pran spa in the hotel. I really liked the massage of the master Ping.

What an incredible stay we had! My friend and I were at Mercure Khao Lak from Sept 19-22, and everything from check-in to the facilities was flawless. A very friendly Thai gentleman with glasses (wish I knew how to spell his name!) helped us check in and gave us a super thorough tour of the hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, and had direct pool access—plus the breakfast had so many choices! But here’s the real story: On the day we left for Phuket, I accidentally left my AirPods in the Grab car. Since it was past the time limit on the app, I had to contact Grab support to get the driver’s number. Turns out, the driver was based in Khao Lak and couldn’t easily come to Phuket, but he kindly offered to drop my AirPods off at the Mercure Hotel Khao Lak so they could help ship them to me. That’s when the hotel team absolutely blew me away! Huge thanks to SIKARIN INAUMRUNG (ANNIE), SUPHARERK SUWAPANICH (KRIS), PATYAKORN SOCHERYYA (BEN), and the whole front office team. I was a little anxious and called twice, plus sent an email—but they handled everything smoothly and quickly. They coordinated with the driver, confirmed receipt of the AirPods, and arranged shipment to my hotel in Bangkok… all in the same day! They were even replying to my emails late at night. Unbelievable service! This whole experience made our trip even more memorable and deepened my love for Khao Lak and Thailand. Thank you so much—we’ll definitely be back, and I’ll always look for Mercure and Accor hotels next time we travel! 我和朋友9.19-22号从曼谷来khao lak玩，之后计划是去普吉岛再回曼谷。入住这段时间从抵达迎接到办理入住服务都无可挑剔，协助办理入住的是一位戴眼镜的泰国先生（因为是泰国名字不知道怎么拼），之后会带着介绍酒店的各个设施和用餐、公用地点。房间干净宽敞且有直通泳池，早餐也不错，有非常多的选择种类。在这入住的几天体验感拉满！非常喜欢！重点来了，在去普吉岛的那天因为自己马虎把AirPods忘记在Grab车上了，因为过了时效期没办法在软件上联络司机，只能求助Grab官方，拿到手机号后因为不会泰语很难沟通，且司机因为base在khao lak过来普吉岛非常远，他说会把耳机给到Mercure Hotel Khao Lak让他们快递给我！我开始尝试联系酒店部获取帮助（感谢SIKARIN INAUMRUNG (ANNIE)，SUPHARERK SUWAPANICH (KRIS) PATYAKORN SOCHERYYA (BEN)以及整个前厅团队的帮助），因为着急连着打了两个电话，还发了邮件！结果整个从酒店帮忙联系耳机，到和我确认，再到联系快递寄到我曼谷的酒店全部在一天内就解决了！甚至他们凌晨还在回复我的邮件！真的超级感谢！！这次假期让我对khao lak和对泰国的印象又深刻了～ 以及使整个假期都增加了一抹独特的回忆色彩～ 再次感谢酒店和整个团队！谢谢，下次还会来khao lak玩并一定要选择这个酒店！！和雅高旗下！！

It is what you expect from a Grand Mecure including the prices. Nice hotel though :)

What a brilliant hotel this is. There’s just two rows of apartments and in the middle is a waterway which is full of fish, frogs and lizards. If you get chance go for the ground floor as your balcony stands right on the water it’s stunning. The rooms are a great size with a massive bed. Bathrooms are well equipped but I cannot understand why you would want to open the partition to the room so people can see you in the bathroom it seems weird. We choose to keep the partition closed. The breakfast was outstanding with loads of choices. There’s two pools, a small quiet one or the main pool. The beach was a little scruffy near the hotel with a bit of rubbish which needs cieaning up. There’s 2 nice restaurants on the beach we ate at both and the food was excellent and well priced much cheaper than the hotel menu. My only concern was there wasn’t enough restaurants or bars round the hotel and we found ourselves going to the Biang market area where there are many bars and restaurants. The hotel manager Paul is English he’s always round asking if you are ok etc and he’s great to chat with as we’re all the staff. We loved this hotel it was so peaceful and a great place to relax.

A wonderful resort for a relaxing getaway from work and stress. The breakfast was splendid, and the room was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend booking a pool access room for the best experience.
