Great location and pleasant. Problems: air conditioner condensation dripped all over the kitchen counter and onto the floor, making it unsanitary and unsafe. They need to put a drain in. Also, steep stairs are difficult for me and they were not shown in the site info before booking. Other than this, room was nice. Bathroom was great!

Good location for a UPenn visit. The automatic access worked seamlessly. Good quality coffee bags and all equipment needed in the room.

No lift access to upper floors.

It was an amazing stay. Clean and cozy. It’s located in an ideal spot in the city. Would highly recommend. We’ll be booking again

Easy location and a well equipped flat.

the steep stair case is hard for us, if we have big and heavy luggages with us and that we stay on the upper floors.

Location was good, with easy access to metro station and general ability to walk into the city centre

Mice and cockroaches in the room, generated dirty room (carpets), severe limescale in the shower and no ability to stock up with new towels and toilet roll for the duration of the stay; the Wi-Fi stopped working after the first day and the door code to access the properly did not work upon arrival

The virtual checking in process was seamless. Very communicative and available. Great job! Location was great easy to get to. I booked the place to go to the Super Bowl parade. Short notice booking, and there wasn’t a lot of options. Nice little place. Just wish I could’ve gotten an additional bed. Not their fault. But still….

I liked the location and the set up of the hotel room. It was great to be able to do the laundry any time.
