Courtyard by Marriott Jekyll Island

Was disappointed in the restaurant. We stayed there last year and was a variety of menu options. This year not so much.

First time- the experience was amazing!

I liked the location, pool, beach close by

Dirty carpet inside, sheets weren’t changed or towels replenished or dirty towels picked up after being sat at the door by staff and told someone would pick them up- no food available during late night hours and little privacy on balconies - on vacation and we were unable to swim after 10pm- having to pay a toll Dailey to enter the island

We liked the location.

We had booked a dbl Queen ocean with a balcony, driven all day, we were tired and cane to find our room was not a balcony, but a ground floor. When you book a balcony, we expect a balcony, we feel it is a big difference in privacy and security. We were told that we got the room we booked. People were bringing dogs right outside our room to let their dogs relieve themselves. We love dogs, but don't want that on vacation. The room was nice, except there were spots on the rug in several places. The bed was comfortable We were told we couldn't change rooms until later the next day, by then we didn't want to move everything. So, yeah, we may stay elsewhere next time.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was nice and courteous. Room was nice and roomy

Great location

Disappointed that coffee wasn’t available in lobby unless purchasing Starbucks. Food was overpriced and underwhelming.
