Large room On beach

I love how close it was to the beach and it was clean and new.

I didn’t like our bed. It was super hard and hurt our backs. I’ve stayed there before and it wasn’t like that.

Facilities are excellent. Easy access to beach

On island location.

Only one elavator for customers. Need 3 elevators (left wing, middle and left wing).

Nothing , maybe the view

Misleading set up, rude un professional staff. The front desk attendant was incredibly disrespectful. He told us another employee lied to us and that we choose the wrong side to stay if we wanted breakfast , go down street to find breakfast. As a business owner myself, I was shocked if I ever heard an employee speak to customer like we were spoken to z they would be fired on the spot. The beds rock hard , so much that we left before 8am and we're back home by 10am.

Completely exceptional! From the front desk to the restaurants, everyone was overly accommodating.

I loved the location and the beautiful ocean view from the bed. We hope to return in the spring.

Sometimes you will hear dogs barking but it wasn't a big issue.
