Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges: - From 18:00 to 22:00: AUD 50 - After 22:00: AUD 100 and no check in is allowed after 12 midnight, late check in has to be confirmed with our office no later than 2pm on arrival date or access may not be granted. Housekeeping service can be requested at extra charge for staying more than 7 nights. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival only for Two-Bedroom Apartments and AUD 500 for 1 bedroom apartments. This will be collected by credit card. The pre-authorization is usually released in 7-10 days by your card issuer, subject to an inspection of the property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Orange Stay at Melbourne Quarter in advance of your expected arrival time.
