"Convenient stay"

Location is perfect, close to transportation and the city. Good wifi. Great facilities - Gym and the Pool. Having coffee and milk at the apt. Enough equipment in the kitchen.

Extremely noisy - had to sleep with airpods. Bathroom was not perfectly clean, needs deep cleaning, also living room pillows. Bedding is not so great, very small pillows Only one kitchen cloth.

convenience o the tram stop

this without a doubt is the dirties room I have ever stayed at, the carpets, floor, light swithches, fridge, bench tops were disgusting, i was wondering if the sheets had benn changed

The accommodation exceeded our expectations as far as world class facilities and great central location. The apartment was beautiful and new and spotlessly clean. Fantastic gym and beautiful pool, jacuzzi and stream and sauna facilities. Overall I give the accommodation the highest possible rating. Nice, secure and beautifully managed facility.

Unfortunately key pickup is very below par. Outside business hours you need to travel sone 15- 20 minutes in another direction to pick up the keys. You cannot run an international standard accommodation with international guests flying in to Melbourne and expect them to pick up keys (outside business hours) from another real estate location, some 15- 20 minutes away from the apartments like residential letting, because this is not that (no matter what time of the day international guests arrive. ) Lock boxes need to be at the hotel location wall. Very poor form from a local real estate or strata managing company. Would not recommend to international guests for this reason. Also, two sets of keys need to be given, not one. This unfortunately shows highly inexperienced management.
