"2 bedroom apartment that does the job."

It has 2 bedrooms

It’s small. The dining table is too big for the room and overall it doesn’t feel cosy. Kind of clinical. But having said that it has two bedrooms and the beds are comfortable and it does what is expected.

"Great location, close enough to walk into the CBD but also plenty of public transport available."

This is a 2 bed apartment in an apartment building. The bedrooms were small but acceptable as the location was excellent. Arriving after office hours meant diverting the taxi from the airport to a different address to pick up the keys from a lockbox - which was a touch inconvenient - but the taxi driver was fine. Being an apartment there was no breakfast provided. Overall the apartment was clean and adequate for the three of us. It did get a little untidy after a week but you can opt to pay extra for a cleaning service. Given the high price of the apartment over Christmas, we declined this.

Picking the keys up at the location itself, rather than from a separate office, but this is a minor quibble. The apartment building is also right over the train lines leading to Southern Cross Station so the noise from the frequent trains could be heard but wasn't enough to cause any sleepless nights; the apartment is double glazed and the noise was not an issue.

Lovely apartment with access to a fabulous pool, gym, sauna etc

Noise from railway carriages was v loud considering we were 14 floors above tracks into/ out of southern cross station

Key access after 1pm on a Saturday. To have to go to another location to access a lockbox to get the key after a long flight was inconvenient.
