Please be advised prior to completing your booking to visit the http://tourism.gov.sc/ website for up to date travel advisories pertaining to Seychelles. Kindly note that commencing 1st August 2023, the government of Seychelles has introduced a new Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy. An additional fee of SCR 25 per person per night will be added to your reservation to support green initiatives, renewable energy and environmental conservation. Exemptions apply to children under 12, airline employes and Seychellois citizens. A damage deposit of 500 Euros from guests upon arrival. This policy applies exclusively to Villa Guests. The deposit will be promptly refunded on the day of check-out, provided no damages have been incurred during the stay. Please note, due to current construction works in a masterplan development adjacent to JA Enchanted Waterfront, we envisage some level of noise will be audible from our Villa Category Units during daylight hours. Lodge Category rooms are not affected. We anticipate these works to continue throughout 2024 and 2025. The credit card used at the time of booking must be presented upon check-in. If the guest is unable to provide the same credit card, full payment will be required at check-in. Please note that third-party credit card payments are not accepted.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
