JA Enchanted Waterfront Seychelles

The hotel was beautiful! Everyone was so nice and accommodating, and made our stay special and memorable! A special thank you to Tania and Moses, who were both so wonderful !! I highly recommend this hotel!!

Nice place, ideal for a short term stay, WiFi worked well, the room was exceptional (as expected for the price) located a bit far from any restaurants or shops (if you have not rented a car you have to walk for like 15min. The breakfast was very good (you can choose from several options), the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating (allowing us to stay by the pool on the checkout day till late evening hours).

Can't really complain about anything.

The room offered breathtaking views and the breakfast was a sumptuous spread, prepared to perfection. The staff were exceptional in their hospitality and catered to all our requests with promptness and warmth. For example, we needed an iron and it was promptly delivered to our room, and we were even allowed to check in early without any hassles. Although the hotel is small, it had its own unique advantages, one of which was having the pool mostly to ourselves, which was amazing! Our room's balcony was generously spacious and offered a comfortable setting to take in the stunning views of the marina and Eden Island.

On a slightly negative note, we were disappointed that my vape (e-cigarette) vanished under mysterious circumstances after the first room service. As I only smoke in the evenings and leave it behind during the day, I am certain that I must have left it in the room and it was subsequently taken by someone. I immediately informed the hotel staff of my concern, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any information about its whereabouts. In addition, the hotel's WIFI service was more than unsatisfactory, as it was consistently disconnecting, painfully slow and mostly not functioning properly - especially in our room. Considering the cost of the room, this level of service was unacceptable, and I had hoped for better. This was especially frustrating for us as we were on our honeymoon and needed to stay connected with our loved ones back home. A dependable and functional WIFI connection is a necessity in today's world, and it is essential that hotels offer this service as part of their amenities. Although I understand that internet connectivity on the Seychelles can be slower compared to other countries, it's worth noting that all the other hotels we stayed in during our trip offered much better WIFI services. Therefore, I was disappointed that the hotel did not match the standards set by its competitors in this regard.

excellent location, very nice premisses that get you to the Seychellois vibe, all the staff are super nice and very helpful especially Tania! when Im back to seychelles definitely staying there again!

Great location, loved the room 3. Staff was excellent, helpful and accommodating, especially the welcome desk. Wish we would have had time to experience your island resort amenities. Reason for 4 instead of 5 was the slow breakfast. While very good tasting, it took an hour or more to complete causing us to twice be late to engagements. We went earlier the next day knowing it was slow but it was even slower still causing us to be late for our tour.

The convenience of it being so close to everything, perfect for a one night stay .

The rooms are spacious and the food was very very good especially the breakfast .
