JA Enchanted Waterfront Seychelles

The hotel was nice. They were supposed to provide us with a boxed breakfast because their kitchen was only open from 0800 to 1000 and our flight was at 0930. We unfortunately had to miss the hot breakfast. We were promised a boxed breakfast and when we went to the front desk that morning the reception person told us that they forgot to pack our lunch. He refused to refund the portion for the breakfast. We were repeatedly told by Moses that we would have a breakfast ready. And there wasn’t. Nothing was open at the airport and therefore we haven’t eaten. My husband is diabetic and needed some fruit to start the day off. This was unacceptable. We booked this hotel because it offered breakfast included and it wasn’t.

Breakfast was great. I wish they provided lunch and dinner too.

Was very good overall. Breakfast was nice. The room was clean and comfy.the bathroom was also nice.

The staff made the experience memorable. They went out of their way to accommodate us. We arrived very late so no food was available but she called around and eventually we got some food and drink. The room is fantastic, great beds, awesome view of the waterfront and the large balcony was great just to chill and watch the early morning sunrise.

No basic kitchen on site even just to produce a sandwich

The staff was attentive and very kind. They got me a lovely dinner reservation and we're very welcoming. The hotel itself was very calm and relaxed, the perfect place.

Modern, large well appointed room with comfortable bed and pillows ensuing a great nights sleep. Big bathroom with large walk-in rainforest, tiled shower. Friendly, welcoming staff. Conveniently located. Loved our stay.

It's a nice place with nice staff. Breakfast was pretty good, and the pool is nice. Every 3-4 rooms have their own kitchen and pool area.

Not super close to anything - 20 min walk from Eden Island and restaurants. No real private beach - it's not really inviting to swim.

Not many places in the Seychelles will take a single night booking, which we needed at the end of a cruise. We had 12 hours to kill after checkout and they arranged for us to spend the day at their sister island resort at no extra charge. It was amazingly beautiful. Breakfast was simple, but we'll done

Service is great. They probably reacted to the old evaluations and also enabled a 24/7 WhatsApp group for optimal service. Anyhow there was always someone available and everyone is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and was the best on our 3 weeks holiday. We also did a trip to the sister hotel on round island. Transfer costs 20 EUR per person. The day on the island was great. Highly recommended. Location is great for first or last days of your holiday. It's located between ferry and airport and it's possible to visit Eden Island.

The location is close to Eden Island (approx 10 minutes by foot) but you have to walk a part on the highway. The hotel has a small beach, but there was garbage from the sea.
