The location was opposite a bus stop to Kyoto Station. The host allowed early entry and meet us at the accomodation to go over the details. Very much appreciated.

L'espace, le confort, le calme et la super literie de cette douillette Machiya. C'était une très bonne expérience pour découvrir ce type de logement traditionnel.

À noter que la réception n'est pas sur le lieu de l'hébergement (ils sont à 2 kilomètres de distance). Il y a donc des frais à prévoir (3000 yen) pour effectuer le check in directement à l'hébergement. Mais il est possible de le faire gratuitement à la réception.

There is only one working shower room because the other one is broken, but this wasn't mentioned at check-in.
