"Perfect Kyoto rental for 4 people. "

A rare find. Central but little out of the way of Gion, but a GREAT 2BR 2BA rental with a small but decent kitchen and HVAC in every room. Great communication and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

"Good but moldy and unclean."

The service was amazing. The location is great. I love the style and room setups. Booking is forcing a 5.0 rating. Would give this at 3.5 do to Mold.

The downstairs bathroom was covered in mold! We also found articles of clothing from past guests. Very unclean which is a shame because I stayed the year before and it was very clean.

"Basic and nice enough but could do better. We may have been a bit spoilt but the previous place like this we had stayed"

Dark. Road a bit noisy. Limited towels. No frills (at all)!
