My bed linen was clean, but there was a problem with someone else's hair that was still on the sheets from the laundry. Not the fault of the hotel, but the washer

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite as I had mentioned it was my husbands 60th. The suite had spectacular views, beautiful bathroom and all very comfortable and well kitted out.
