Nice location, close to restaurants, coffee & other attractions.

Parking was terrible.

This place is perfect if you are running in the Derby festival mini or full marathon. The race starts and ends nearby.

The property was mostly great, but the parking lot is too small to accommodate all guests.

Shower pressure was not great and very slippery shower. It is only a small minus

The hotel location and room were in good shape. Pool was available but cold first night. Last night it was warm. I’m sure this statement is out of their control but homeless people walking around and the hotel doors take forever to close if you needed to swiftly shut them for protection. Just remember to lock your doors and get everything you need before night. Didn’t feel too uncomfortable but want others to be aware. You can literally stay here in your room the entire stay and have everything you need.

Still was some hairs left over on the furniture and flooring. Luckily we had some lent rollers (Wish the furniture was leather to easily wipe off). Seemed like human and dog hairs but wasn’t too bad. We just cleaned up selected furniture. The bedding was good and we just put a towel to step on before putting on our slippers. Many homeless people roaming but they didn’t bother us. Bathroom sink piece wouldn’t go up. Paid for hot breakfast with our stay but it wasn’t available so do be mindful of that. However, they did have a few choices still. Refrigerator didn’t get cold. Spoiled some food but luckily they had a dinning area which the food was good!
