Location

Size of parking garage. Room was not very clean. Found hair in the bed. Couch in our room was filthy dirty.

What I liked most was the hotel’s proximity to downtown and the convenience of having a coffee shop on the ground floor — especially the iced London Fog, which was excellent. The staff were also great throughout my stay. The room itself was quite nice, with a comfortable bed, a spacious and clean layout, and a bright atmosphere that made it feel welcoming.

The main downside was the shower and overall water pressure, which was suboptimal. Taking a shower felt like drudgery because of how minimal the water pressure was. The other major disappointment was the small parking area, especially considering guests also have to pay for parking.

EVERYTHING!!! The staff was amazing, the room was super nice and provided a great aesthetic! And it was super comfortable!! the hotel itself *chefs kiss* 10/10 I would definitely recommend!!! I do plan on booking again soon!!! Great location!!

"Cancelled due to parking"

I like its location

I ended up cancelling this reservation because when I arrived they had no parking available and the front desk told me it would be 10pm or later before they had parking and I could check in but nowhere to park.

First time staying at this property. Wonderful hotel, perfect location and excellent value.

Parking availability was an issue as well as the Internet went down and wasn't restored before I checked out
