Location was brilliant. Apartment was very quiet. Communication with staff was excellent.

Location was great and most of the apartment was great.

There was mould throughout the shower and the shower head did not remain in place. This was reported to property managers but notified during our day..

Location to amenities, restaurants and attractions was excellent

The code pad to get in wasn’t working efficiently; the tv had issues with connectivity & the bed was hard

I can’t comment on this exact property because the host let us know that it had been damaged so they put us in another one of their properties. And the apartment they put us in was spectacular! The hosts are amazing and communicated well with us.

Spacious, clean, great location.

Fantastic communication from the apartment managers before and during our stay. Easy access to property using key code and lift to get to apartment which is a huge bonus with suitcases. Beautiful building with high ceilings and lots of natural light in an excellent location for walking to the many Lisbon sights. The apartment has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washing machine and a small but effective clothes drying rack which were all very useful. Shower pressure is excellent and the bathroom is a decent size with good bench storage. No noise from any other apartment but there is outside noise but windows can be closed or bring ear plugs or noise cancelling earbuds, this is to be expected in a city location. Pingo Doce supermarket is a 7mins walk uphill but not too steep and has a good selection of items. Highly recommend Com Certeza restaurant directly opposite but you need to book, fantastic local food at a reasonable price and great local wines too.

The pillows! They are small and very soft but the property managers kindly provided an extra pillow which helped but I would suggest that the pillows are replaced. A few of the kitchen utensils need replacing, especially the frypan and some additional cutting knives as there is only 1 and its not sharp. Finally, the base of the shower needs attention to bring it in line with the rest of the apartment which is very beautiful.

Excellent location. We were level 5 unit J. Loved walking everywhere from here. Great to have a sitting area. Bed is very hard! Washing machine was well used. Very good little supermarket just down from Maria Catita Restaurant to buy breakfast, washing powder, water. Maria Catita restaurant was excellent. No jug but we got hot water from the coffee machine without the coffee pod added. This worked well for us for a cup of tea.
