Location, the pool. Generally the reception staff were great.

The bed was badly damaged and we had to move room. Whoever decided that bed was suitable really needs to explain their actions. The receptionist on duty the night we arrived was unhelpful and lazy. The open plan set up of the room was good and maximised space, however the fridge freezer being a few meters from the bed was very noisy.

This property was in the exact part of Boston we wanted to be near family. We were able to easily walk to several dining options and the T. Neighborhood felt safe, with a large waterfront park next door. We prepaid for parking, but as we arrived early, we parked on the street, and just never got around to moving our car over. (Though you would need to on weekdays). The rental was a queen studio with sofa, tv and full size kitchen appliances. There was a nice gym and pool onsite. As we were out all day, we only used the bed/bath but I am sure must people would enjoy the amenities. Reasonably comfortable bed. Typical modern bathroom. Nice linens. Quiet. Our room looked out on a grassy area. The concierge desk staff was helpful. My only minor complaint is the strong air freshener scent on arrival which did not dissipate for hours. We will book here again when in the area

They don’t give parking you have to see where you parked and I don’t recommend this apartment. No les recomiendo este apartamento nunca

I loved that you can walk to the bar to grocery store, walk around the property safely. I didn’t like the stomping above, or you have allergies during this time of year walk with medication, the manure was too much for me. But overall I had a great stay l, Will definitely do again

They text you at 330am asking you to verify your time. I also asked for an early check in and that was declined.

It was great, just some communication issues

Property offers a wide range of amenities. The location is an A - with absolutely beautiful views, easy access to public transport on the subway and/or water taxi. The room has everything that you need, clean, modern, and comfortable. Safe area with many restaurants within walking distance and/or a quick subway stop away to the center of downtown Boston where options are endless!

Wicked uncomfortable bed that caves in. For all the “luxury” this unit and property boast, I’ve been more comfortable on an airport bench.

Horrible check in, not enough guidance for guests, no attendance after 5 p.m, the reservation doesnt even include the actual name of the property, late introduction email to guests, customer service who is not based in US doesnt know exactly where the property is. There are no shades in the room for privacy. All in all the property needs a lot of improvements for user experience
