Great location in East Boston, facilities were good.

The building is a residential block with a some rooms rented as short stay. It would be helpful if the front desk had more tourist type information to assist short stay visitors.

Was forced to find another hotel last minute and finally found out company who rents out suites is scamming others.

Out stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing. The apartment had broken chairs, a deformed sofa, and worst of all, my son had to sleep on the floor due to insufficient bedding. Despite repeatedly contacting the agency about these issues, they consistently dodged responsibility and refused any compensation or discount, showing a clear profit-driven attitude. The only positives were the stunning port view of Boston and a nice, modern fitness center. However, the swimming pool water was uncomfortably cold. Overall, the agency’s indifference and lack of accountability made this a frustrating experience. I expected much better for the price.

The location was awesome - 5 minute walk to the subway, 3 minite walk to the ferry, full sized gym, lots of food options, and the kitchen was great and functional.

Customer service was very spotty, both email and phone, and they never answered the question! It took me three days to get access to the assigned parking. Each time I asked, I received a response asking if I wanted to extend my stay?? The room also needed some repairs, we submitted a work order but never received confirmation or a repair estimation.

The parking was tough

The location was fantastic. The property itself was modern and up to date. The shower was nice.

The room smelled very strongly, almost like a sandwich shop. There was not sufficient towels and bedding for three people for a two night stay. Some bedding was stained. The pull-out bed in the couch was very thin. Management was extremely difficult to reach. It was advertised as a hotel which it is NOT- it is a short term rental in an apartment complex. The front desk staff is not related to the company running the stays so they are not able to help with any issues. It was a hassle to get parking situated. There are no towels available for use in the pool area and the listing instructions did not mention to bring towels.
